Registration Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation requests or amendments to registrations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat, Abercrombie Management:   capea@abercrombiemanagement.com.au
Cancellations made before 11th September 2022 will incur a AUD $100 cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made on or after the 12th September 2022 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
Registrations are however transferable if made via the Conference Secretariat.

Should the event need to be cancelled due to COVID-19 a full refund will be given.

Please note that in registering for this Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a database for the benefit of the hosts, and may be available for parties directly related to the Event including the venues, hotels and sponsors (subject to conditions). The Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia Biennial National Conference supports the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended.

Photography/Videography
Photographers will be taking photos and video footage throughout the Conference.  These images may be used by the hosts in publications for promotional material or for other purposes.  Should you expressly wish not to have your image used, please contact the Conference Secretariat, Abercrombie Management:  capea@abercrombiemanagement.com.au
